Homemade peanut Doggo Biscuit recipe

Equipment Needed:

  • Two mixing bowls (one large, one small)
  • Rolling pin
  • Biscuit cutter
  • Baking tray or sheet lined with foil
  • Whisk
  • Cooling rack
  • Plastic sealable bags for storage

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
  • Begin by sifting the two flours and baking powder together, then set aside.
  • In the small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and milk until thoroughly combined.
  • Create a well in the flour mixture in the large bowl, then gradually add the peanut butter and milk, folding in until well mixed.
  • Use your hands to form a dough, then divide it into 2 balls.
  • Knead each ball on a floured surface for about two minutes.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness between 1/4" and 1/2" using a rolling pin, then cut out shapes with the biscuit cutter.
  • Place the cut biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the biscuits in the center of the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
  • Allow the biscuits to cool on a wire rack after baking.

Once cooled, store the biscuits in sealable bags in the refrigerator.
