Bow Wow Brownies are a delightful treat that your canine companion will love, ideal for sharing at doggy daycare. Store the brownies wrapped in greaseproof paper inside a container to keep them fresh for up to four weeks; I find they stay fresher in the fridge.

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- - Line a shallow baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- - Combine the ingredients in a food processor and blend until a firm dough forms, adjusting with a little more water or flour to get the right consistency.
- - Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a lightly greased bowl, cover the bowl with a clean tea towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- - Spread the dough evenly on the baking tray to about 4cm thickness.
- - Bake for 35 minutes, then cool in the tray for 1 hour.
- - Turn out the brownie, peel away the paper, and cut into bite-sized pieces for dogs.
